Ministry and Fellowship Opportunities

We encourage believers to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We do this in community and individually. Come and join us as we study the Scripture, glorify God in song and prayer, and encourage one another in fellowship.

Adult Bible Study

Every month on the 2nd Sunday at 4 P.M., all adults are invited to learn church history through Robert Godfrey's DVD series, "A Survey of Church History" from Ligonier Ministries. On the 4th Sundays we are working through our Articles of Faith. We are presently meeting at CRC, but just to be sure, please call 360.320.6764 or use our contact page to inquire.

Midweek Meetings

Every week we have midweek meetings. Every other Thursday the adults gather for a study. We've just finished a study based on the book Living in God's Two Kingdoms.  On the alternating Thursday evening at 7:00 P.M., the women gather for prayer, fellowship, and mission. See the Calendar for more what is happening this week. Please call 360.320.6764 or use our contact page for locations.  Midweek meetings are on a summer hiatus. We'll pick up again in the fall.

Men's Study and Coffee

Once a month on Saturday morning, the men meet for coffee, study, and fellowship at 8:00 A.M.  This is typically the third Saturday of each month. For Summer 2022, we are doing focused bible studies.  Come Fall, we will begin a new study.

Children's Sunday School

Each Sunday at 1 P.M., during our regular Worship Service, children are given the opportunity to attend Sunday School during the sermon. A staffed nursery is also available during our Worship Service.

Outreach

Finally, the local church should fulfill its role in reaching out into our community, and beyond -- both practically and spiritually. We encourage our members to invest regular time into one another's lives and into the lives of unreached and unredeemed people in our community through our everyday lives as well as all over the world through various means. Such is our expression of God's abundant love and grace flowing from hearts transformed by the gospel.

Ladies Prayer

Twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, the ladies of the church gather for prayer.  The location varies from week to week, so contact us for more information.

Other Growth Opportunities

Fellowship Time

Prayer Time

On the First Sunday of each month following our Worship Service, we meet for a time of fellowship, including a meal or cookies.  After the other services of the month, there is a short break before our 4pm meeting.  Many choose to bring food from home (or from elsewhere) and join together in having a small meal together.  Some may (but not always) even bring an extra setting in case someone didn't bring anything.
Once a month on Sunday at 4 P.M., we meet for a time of prayer and singing, followed by fellowship.  This is on the third Sunday of each month.  Children are welcome to participate or to enjoy playtime together.  We have a dedicated prayer time for our Missions, as well as others of which we are aware, on Fifth Sundays at 4 P.M. and fifth Thursdays at 7 P.M, in such months.
For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
